Hello from Oregon! I really enjoy looking at your pics and reading the blog! I'm surprised there are so many ex-pats volunteering there, but I'd think that would help normalize things? (for example, you have others that you can turn to and say hey, look at that...or hey, can you believe that? which is harder to do with the locals) Looks like you're having a wonderful time! -S.
